Who Let The Dog Out understands that we are entrusted with the responsibility of entering a client's house and caring for their pet. Under no circumstances will we breach that trust.
The client should understand and agree that when a regular dog walker is ill, a reliable and capable walker will take their place. Where possible, the client will have met that person.
Payment
The client will be invoiced on the last day of every month. A pre-paid envelope will accompany the invoice and cheques should be made payable to Who Let The Dog Out. All invoices must be paid within 14 days of date of issue.
Cancellation Policy
The client should be aware and understand that there is a fee for cancellation if the dog walker is not notified at least one day in advance.
