Dogs need regular walking as this reduces boredom, destruction to your property and, in the longterm, makes for a very happy, well balanced dog. We will collect your dog from your home for walking at any time during the day, Monday to Saturday. We are fortunate to have 10 acres of private property in East Kilbride located behind the Heritage Park and beside Mains Castle. Once a dog is settled and comfortable with the dog-walker, we can transport your dog to East Kilbride where they have access to woodland, streams and interaction with other four-legged friends.
Initially however dogs are walked in their local area, taking a different walk each day in order that your friend doesn't become bored! Rouken Glen, Strathaven Park and Calderglen are also familiar dog-walking areas where we will encourage your dog to socialise and meet new friends.
In extreme cold weather, we will provide each dog with their own special coat thereby ensuring that no matter how fast/slow a dog will walk, it will stay warm. After each walk, we will towel dry your dog, return him to your home, ensure there is sufficient drinking water and sign the You've Been Walked book, before leaving. |
